Mexican Apple Pie

  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 4 c. peeled, chopped apples
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 10 flour tortillas

Directions

    Heat sugar and water in a saucepan until sugar is melted. Pour oleo into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Toss apples in the cinnamon to coat.

    Place 1/2 cup apples down center of each tortilla.

    Roll and place seam side down in pan.

    Pour sugar water over the top. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
