- 1/2 to 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 3 cans Ro-Tel
- 1 whole medium onion

1Melt Velveeta cheese in double boiler until melted.

2Brown ground beef and diced onion in skillet and drain excess fat.

3Add ground beef, onion and Ro-Tel to melted cheese; reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
