  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding
  • 2-1/2 cups cold milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 6 cups French bread cubes (1/2 inch)
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted

    Heat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Beat pudding mix and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.

    Add eggs, sugar and cinnamon; mix well.

    Add bread; stir until evenly coated.

    Pour into 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

    Bake 35 to 40 min.

    or until knife inserted in centre comes out clean and top is golden brown.
