- 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
- 1 lb. Velveeta Mexican mild cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Directions

1Cook broccoli in 1/4 cup water until tender; drain broccoli. Beat eggs, then add cream of mushroom soup, melted cheese and milk; blend. Put broccoli in casserole dish and pour mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle Ritz crackers over top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
