  • 1 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 lb. Velveeta Mexican mild cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. crushed Ritz crackers

Directions

    Cook broccoli in 1/4 cup water until tender; drain broccoli. Beat eggs, then add cream of mushroom soup, melted cheese and milk; blend. Put broccoli in casserole dish and pour mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle Ritz crackers over top. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.
