- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 large thinly sliced onion
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar (optional)
Directions

1Place sliced onions in bottom of bowl that can be baked in. Slice up cabbage over onions.

2Pour tomatoes and chilies over cabbage.

3Sprinkle salt and vinegar over all.

4Cover and bake in microwave on Medium for 3 minutes, stir and cook 3 more minutes. Your microwave may take longer.

5Ready to serve.
