- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 soup can water
- 2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
- 1 (8 oz.) can enchilada sauce
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1 pkg. taco flavor Doritos
- 1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Combine meat, pepper, onion and chili powder; cook until meat is browned.

2Drain excess fat.

3Remove from heat.

4Add remaining ingredients, reserving cheese and Doritos.

5In a greased 9 x 12 x 3-inch pan, place a layer of Doritos, meat and cheese, ending with meat mixture on top.

6Garnish with Cheddar cheese.

7Refrigerate 24 hours.

8Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
