- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1/2 c. salsa
- 1 can chile beans
- 1 small can black olives
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pkg. tortillas
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown hamburger with onion.

2Drain grease.

3Add other ingredients except cheeses and tortillas.

4Use a 13 x 9-inch pan and layer first sauce, then tortillas and cheeses.

5Next layer begin with tortillas, sauce and cheeses.

6Use all ingredients. Bake in oven at 350° for 45 minutes.

7Cool a few minutes before cutting.
