- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 small can green chilies, chopped
- 1 small can taco sauce
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. frozen tortillas (1 doz.)
Directions

1Season beef and brown with onion.

2Mix soups and milk with chili peppers and taco sauce.

3Heat in saucepan.

4Mix with meat. Quarter tortillas.

5Dip in hot bacon fat, barely long enough to soften.

6Layer tortillas, meat sauce and cheese alternately, ending with cheese.

7Bake at 300° for one hour, in a 4-quart dish.
