- 1 large onion
- 1 c. cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1 tall can Pet or Carnation milk
- 1 can enchilada sauce (hot or mild)
- 1 small can green chilies
- 1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut in pieces
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion together.

2Mix remaining ingredients together to make sauce; add meat and sauce together. Grease casserole and put layer of Fritos, then mixture alternately.

3Bake at 350° until thoroughly heated.

4If freezing, don't put in Fritos.
