Ingredients
- 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
- 1 large bunch green onions, chopped fine
- 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped fine
- 10 or more drops Tabasco (your preference)
- 1 small bottle Green Goddess dressing (if not available, I use Ranch)
- 1 loaf thinly sliced bread, cut into rounds or squares (no crust)
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
Directions

1Combine mayonnaise and cheese.

2Frost each bread round with mixture.

3Top with a piece of artichoke heart.

4Bake in 375° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

5Serve hot!
