Mexican Cheese Spread

Ingredients

  • 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 large bunch green onions, chopped fine
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, chopped fine
  • 10 or more drops Tabasco (your preference)
  • 1 small bottle Green Goddess dressing (if not available, I use Ranch)
  • 1 loaf thinly sliced bread, cut into rounds or squares (no crust)
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered

Directions

    Combine mayonnaise and cheese.

    Frost each bread round with mixture.

    Top with a piece of artichoke heart.

    Bake in 375° oven for 10 to 12 minutes.
