  • 1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 small bag Doritos
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 onion, chopped

    Heat oven to 350°.

    In mixing bowl, mix soups, tomatoes, milk, onion and 6 tablespoons chicken broth.

    Stir well.

    Layer in Pyrex baking dish in this order:

    chips, chicken, soup mixture, chips, chicken, soup mixture, etc., then top with the grated cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350°.

    Let set overnight in fridge before cooking.
