- milk
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- green chilies (optional)

1Cook and debone chicken.

2In large skillet, saute celery and onions until soft; add flour to thicken.

3Add milk to make a sauce.

5After Velveeta is melted, add chilies and chicken.
