- 1 lb. medium Cheddar cheese
- 1 pkg. tortilla shells
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel chilies and tomatoes

1Boil chicken; bone and chop.

2Oil a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish and line with tortilla shells.

3Blend soup and Ro-Tel tomatoes. Pour half over shells.

4Spread half over chicken.

7Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
