- 1 chicken, boiled and deboned
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chiles
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 bag Doritos
- 2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1In medium saucepan, mix cream of mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and taco seasoning; bring to a boil. Layer chips and chicken in a casserole dish. Pour soup mixture over the top of the chips and chicken. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes until cheese melts. Serves 4.
