- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 1/2 onion, diced
- garlic, diced to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 large pkg. tostada chips
- 1 can chopped Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 large pkg. Monterey Jack cheese
Directions

1Boil chicken. Dice and set aside.

2Saute onion and garlic; set aside.

3Mix soups and Ro-Tel together.

4Add onion, garlic and chicken.

6Line 9 1/2 x 11-inch pan with chips.

7Next, add chicken mixture.

8Then add a layer of cheeses.

9Continue layering, ending with cheeses.

10Bake 45 minutes at 350°.

11Serve with leftover tostada chips.
