- 1/2 c. oil
- 1/4 c. chili powder
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 12 oz. tortilla chips
- 1 lb. chicken
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, chili powder, oregano and cumin to blend well.

3Pulverize the tortilla chips in a food processor.

4Pour into a shallow bowl.

5Dip the chicken in the seasoned oil, then coat in the ground chips. Set on foil-lined baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes until browned and crisp outside and tender inside.

6Serve hot.
