  • 4 chicken breast halves skin removed, and cut in 1 inch pieces
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • 1 medium jar picante sauce
  • 1 cup minute rice
  • 1 can whole kernel corn

    Cook chicken in butter.

    Add pepper and onion.

    Cover and cook 20-30 minutes, until chicken is done.
