- 4 chicken breast halves skin removed, and cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 medium jar picante sauce
- 1 cup minute rice
- 1 can whole kernel corn
Directions

1Cook chicken in butter.

2Add pepper and onion.

3Cook until tender.

4Add mushrooms.

5Cover and cook 20-30 minutes, until chicken is done.

6Add picante sauce, rice and corn.
