- 1 large chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic salt to taste

Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Use a casserole dish.

3Layer 1/2 bag of chips on bottom of pan.

4Remove chicken from bone.

5Mix soups and Ro-Tel tomatoes with onion and chicken.

6Layer over chips.

7Put cheese over mixture and put a layer of chips over soup and chicken mix.

8Add more cheese over chips, if desired.

9Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
