- 8 or 9 mild banana peppers
- 2 c. (6 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 jar salsa
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 1 c. flour
Directions

1Boil peppers until tender. Seed and split peppers down the side. Shred cheese or slice into thin strips.

2Stuff pepper with cheese.

3Roll in flour, then with egg and milk. Brown in hot oil. And then put them in a baking dish and top with salsa and extra cheese.

4Bake for 20 minutes covered at 400°.
