- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- red chili pepper
Directions

1Melt cheese until soft.

2Mix all ingredients except chili powder.

3Divide into 5 long rolls.

4Roll in chili powder until covered.

5Wrap each roll in Saran Wrap and refrigerate overnight. Serve with crisp crackers.

6Will keep in refrigerator for several weeks.
