  • 1 package Knorr(R) Vegetable recipe mix
  • 32 ounces chick peas or garbanzos, rinsed and drained
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

Directions

    Process Knorr(R) Vegetable recipe mix, chick peas or garbanzos, lime juice and chipotle pepper in food processor until almost smooth.

    Add cilantro and pulse just to combine; chill if desired.

    Serve, if desired, with cut pita bread triangles and/or your favorite dippers.
