- 1 can yellow corn
- 1 can white corn
- 3 sticks celery
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 green pepper
- 2 whole canned pimentos
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. mustard
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Dice celery, onion, green pepper and pimentos and mix with corn.

2Mix vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and pour over vegetables.

3Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight.

4This salad is good to make the day ahead of serving.
