  • 4 cans Mexi-corn, Drained

    Drain your corn and place in a casserole dish. Cut up your cream cheese in cubes and add to dish. Place in microwave on high for about 3 minutes. Give it a quick stir and return to microwave for another 1-2 minutes until cream cheese is thoroughly melted. Serve and enjoy!
