  • 1/2 c. self-rising flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 (No. 303) can whole kernel corn with liquid
  • 1 onion, grated
  • 1 to 3 jalapeno peppers, grated
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese
  • 1/4 c. Wesson oil

Directions

    Mix well and pour into hot skillet, greased with 1/8 cup of Wesson oil.
