  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 c. cooking oil
  • 5 to 7 jalapeno peppers, cut or chopped
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 3 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese (low-fat)
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • vegetable cooking spray
