  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 2 hot jalapeno peppers
  • 2 c. self-rising meal
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cream corn
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. corn oil

Directions

    Mix in order given, using 1 cup cheese in mix and 1 cup on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Bake in iron skillet or teflon pan.
