  • 1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 2/3 c. corn oil
  • 2 or 3 onions
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. ground red pepper or Tabasco
  • 1 c. buttermilk
