- 3 c. White Lily self-rising cornbread mix
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. canola oil
- 1 1/2 c. sweet milk
Directions

1Sift together cornbread mix, baking powder and salt.

2Add cheese, onion, peppers, corn oil and sweet milk.

3Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.

4Cook at 350° until nice and brown.
