- 1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
- 1 can cream-style corn (15 oz.)
- 1/2 c. onions, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 or 2 jalapeno peppers, minced
- 8 oz. sour cream or buttermilk
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
Directions

1In blender, mince onions and jalapeno peppers with half of the corn.

2In a bowl, mix cornmeal, eggs and remaining corn.

3Then add sour cream, oil and cheese.
