  • 1 1/2 c. yellow corn meal
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 can whole corn, drained
  • 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 3 to 5 jalapeno peppers (canned or fresh)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking soda

Directions
