  • 1/2 c. salad oil
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 large onion, grated
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 small can cream-style corn
  • 4 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
