- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. soda
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 can corn (whole kernel)
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 c. Wesson oil
- 1 c. milk
- 1 onion
- 2 cans jalapeno peppers, chopped
Directions

1Grate American cheese; set aside.

2Mix remaining ingredients. Pour 1/2 of the batter into 10 x 10-inch pan.

4Cover with remainder of batter.

5Bake for 45 to 50 minutes at 350° or until done.
