- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. McCormick's Mexican Seasoning
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
- 1 egg
- 2 c. milk
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients together.

2Add wet ingredients and mix well.

3Spoon into muffin tin sprayed with PAM.

4Bake at 350 degrees approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown.
