- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 3 chopped hot peppers
- 1 can creamed corn
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients as given, except for cheese.

2Pour mixture into greased cookie sheet pan or jelly roll pan.

3Sprinkle cheese over top of mixture.

4Bake in 350° oven for about 50 minutes.
