  • 3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
  • 3 to 4 Tbsp. milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. whole kernel corn
