  • 3 c. self-rising meal
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 c. medium Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 pickled jalapeno peppers (seeded and chopped)
  • 1/2 c. bacon bits (optional)

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400°.

    Mix all of the ingredients.

    Bake at 400° for 45 minutes.

    Makes 2 big pans.
