- 1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
- 1 c. buttermilk
- 1/2 c. oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 c. diced onion
- 1/2 c. diced green sweet pepper
- 1/2 tsp. jalapeno pepper
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix ingredients (except cheese).

2Pour half of mixture in greased pan.

3Spread cheese over that and cover with remaining mixture.
