  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 to 2/3 c. oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 c. grated cheese or Cheez Whiz
  • 1 pinch salt and soda
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
  • 1/2 can (small) whole kernel corn, drained
