  • 2 eggs
  • 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
  • 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onions
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. white creamed corn
  • 1/3 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. grated cheese
