  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. self-rising cornbread
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped fine
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, chopped very fine
  • 1 small can creamed corn
  • 1/4 lb. ground meat, browned and drained
  • 3/4 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Mix first 4 ingredients and next 5 ingredients and add all together.

    Bake in well-greased muffin pan (12) in 350° oven for 30 minutes or until browned and done.
