  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 1 can (8-3/4 oz.) of cream style corn
  • 1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. Martha White Mexican cornbread mix

Directions

    Preheat oven to 425°. Grease an eight inch skillet and place in oven to heat. Beat egg in mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients, beat well. Pour batter into prepared skillet. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
