- 2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. self-rising corn meal
- 2 jalapeno peppers, cut up
- 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix eggs, corn, sour cream, meal, peppers and oil.

2Pour 1/2 batter in 9-inch square pan and add 1/2 cup of cheese.

3Pour rest of batter and add cheese.

4Bake 1 hour at 350°.
