  • 1 c. yellow cornmeal
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 lb. ground meat
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 4 hot peppers

Directions

    Mix first 6 ingredients together.

    Brown meat, onion and peppers; then add to corn mixture.

    Pour into real hot greased skillet and bake about 30 minutes at 375°.
