- 3 c. cornbread mix
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped jalapenos
Directions

1Brown ground meat and season with onion and jalapenos.

2Mix the remaining ingredients together.

3Add meat mixture to the cornbread mixture.

4Heat enough oil to cover bottom of casserole dish.

5Pour mixture into hot oil.

6Cook at 400° for 30 to 40 minutes.
