  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising meal
  • 1 c. cream-style corn
  • 1 large hot pepper
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 3/4 c. cooking oil
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 1/2 c. bell pepper
  • 1 c. sharp cheese, grated

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, except cheese. Pour half the mixture in well-greased pan and sprinkle with cheese. Add other half of mixture. Bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
