- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium bell pepper
- 2 pkg. shredded cheese
- 1 can cream corn
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. milk
Directions

1Saute onion and bell pepper in skillet and drain.

2Pour over mixture of cornbread mix, eggs, milk and cream corn and cheese. Mix together.

3Bake at 350° in a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown.

4Yields 8 to 10 servings.
