- 1 1/2 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
Directions

1Mix all ingredients well.

2Bake in an iron skillet or 9 1/2 x 12-inch baking dish at 350° for 45 minutes.

3If you use a glass dish, lower oven to 325°.

4I use a tablespoon or so of pimento to add color.
