  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 1 c. mild cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. creamed corn
  • bell and hot pepper
  • 1 1/2 c. self-rising meal

Directions

    Mix onion, cheese, eggs, milk, oil, creamed corn, bell and hot pepper (as much as you like); add meal and mix well.

    Pour into greased hot skillet (two 8-inch.)

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes until done.
