  • 1 (17 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. Ballard's cornbread mix
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped, or 3 Tbsp. jalapeno pepper
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 to 3/4 lb. extra sharp Cheddar cheese
