- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 1 c. sour cream or buttermilk
- 2/3 c. oil (melt shortening)
- 2 eggs
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- jalapeno peppers to your liking
- 2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. cheese, grated
Directions

1Mix in order listed; do not mix cheese!

2Sprinkle half of cheese on mix in hot, greased skillet.

3Add remaining mix and cover with cheese.

4Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
